You Pick One
Approve the agreement, then pay a deposit through PayPal Goods and Services, the one payment type PayPal can reverse. The supplier receipt is in your phone the same day.
You Inspect It, Then Pay
Inside 14 days we meet in a public spot on or near campus. You open it, check the battery screen yourself, and only then pay the balance. If it is not what was agreed, your full deposit comes back on the spot.
